Meet Alan

Alan Crookham is a professional narrator with a warm, casual voice and a love for amazing story-telling!

His goal is to bring your words to life. Whether it is through audiobook narration, corporate education, or commercials, he makes it his goal with every project to bring the clearest, absolute best performance to the table.

What makes Alan unique? He spent nearly twenty years living overseas in the non-profit/ministry world. He lived everywhere from Turkey to Argentina, to Panama. He is married to a Panamanian and both his sons were born in Panama. While he is a native Texan and English is his first language, Spanish is the primary tongue spoken at home.

In his early days in the mountains of Panama, he spent months of his life hiking through tribal lands, sleeping in hammocks and eating chicken foot soup while interpreting for medical teams that treated countless people in need. The adventures were endless!

He has also been a leader in training hundreds of Bible students from all over the world, with tens of thousands of hours teaching religious and world history.

All of these experiences and more give a weight to Alan's storytelling. Whether it is the feeling of adventure in distant sci-fi worlds, or deep Biblical theology, he is able to bring a natural style and truth that comes not from imagination, but memory.
